This the OIR "Office Of Insurance Regulation" form with a few notes on it to help make some things easier to understand. If you want the standard form that is also available. The wind mitigation inspection generally only takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
Make sure if you choose someone else that they use the new 4 page form and not the old 2 page form or your insurance company will probably not accept it. Very few other inspectors have the experience I have with these insurance inspections.
HAVE IT DONE PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME TO AVOID HAVING THE INSURANCE COMPANY INSPECT YOU ON THEIR OWN.
